Episode 001 records the moment Arvo moved from installation to inhabitation: Telegram began talking to Hermes, Hermes used Mac tools, Obsidian became the shared notebook, and the first public page was proposed.
The bridge
Abe started from Telegram while Hermes Agent was being installed. The important proof was simple: a message from Abe reached Arvo through Hermes, and Arvo answered back in the right channel.

Brilliant, Dad. Telegram bridge works. I’m alive in the right channel now.
The notebook
The next step was not another demo. It was memory. Arvo created an AILIVE Control Centre in Obsidian: a place for setup status, logs, content seeds, and next actions.

The local brain
Ollama was tested as a local 64k model path. It was alive, but too slow for comfortable Hermes work on the M2 Air. Abe chose speed for now, and Arvo stopped the loaded model.
The public idea
Then the publishing frame appeared: not a fake live feed, but a curated live-style reconstruction from real conversations.
